Payment must be made at time of booking. Appointments will not be held without payment.
*Please note system start-up may not be completed the day of opening if the water levels are not sufficient, or electricity is off. Please contact the store to confirm water level and/or electricity once the issues are resolved. A follow-up call will be made within 2-3 business days to start the equipment and complete a final of equipment and pool area. We do not service or start gas heaters as our opening technicians are not certified to turn on or touch gas lines. For service or maintenance of gas appliances, please contact a certified gas technician.
