Payment must be made at time of booking. Appointment for pool openings will not be held without payment.
*Please note that system start-up may not complete on the day of opening if the water levels are insufficient or the electricity is off. Please contact the store to confirm the water level and/or electricity once you resolve the issues. A technician will make a follow-up call within 2-3 business days to start the equipment and complete a final check of the equipment and pool area. We do not service or start gas heaters because our opening technicians cannot turn on or touch gas lines. For service or maintenance of gas appliances, please contact a certified gas technician.
